2 Days Prior to School-Self Inflicted HAIR CUT

What would you say if you came upon this sight in your bedroom hall?

Had a bit too much fun with the scissors and paper.....

Here Eli is helping me gather hair in KayLee's room..........
Notice the cut up paper in the background....
ALL collected in the bucket..............
Profile Mug Shot........
Where did the piggies go??
Lookin' a bit guilty..........
A bit embarrassed, too...........
Told KayLee that our hair dresser better have 'MAGIC SCISSORS'......
She promised to never cut out her side pig-tails again.......
Seeing the magician, Uh, I mean hairstylist tomorrow.....
WISH KAYLEE LUCK!

2 weeks ago, I went grocery shopping leaving my 3 children behind with their dad. Thinking they were in good hands with their dad, I came home to find my 2 year old daughter with the same hair style your daughter has. Except her 5 year old brother wanted to see her ears, and cut her hair!! When I saw this I was so upset, because see she is going to be in my sisters wedding next week as the flower girl. I freaked, I had to turn around and leave the house...I was so upset.
We too went to the "Magician" I mean hairdressers too, but couldn't do anything really since we had to keep her hair long for the wedding...So we are using pins and may be a flower wreath on her head. Lol...HUGS to you.

Inky Hugs,
Catherine

Ohh My Goodness Miss Kaylee ! That must have been a MAJOR shock seeing those chunks of hair on the carpet? hehehehehe!

Kaylee's expressions in these progressive phots is priceless ~ LOL~ I think it starts to sink-in how much trouble she's in by creating her own cut & style :) But she certainly has some major guts [aka balls! Forgive my language] for going through with the procedure. Maybe being in a house full of mainly men caused her to do it? Yeah, let's blame it on all the male hormones in the air :)
Her AFTER photo is adorable ~ she's fortunate she has her mother's genes, which consists of creativity, beauty, strength, and of course IN YOUR FACE decisions :) I LOVE IT and it's brilliant that you captured it all on photo :)

Great post Nicole ~ Thank you for taking the time to post it and share it :)) xxoo

OMGoodness, you certainly have had a lot going on lately, girl! Fortunately, neither of my girls ever cut their own hair -- but KayLee's ended up looking very cute after a trip to the hairdresser! And your oldest off to college -- wow! Hope thing settle down a little bit for you now!

Howdy!
