Hi Nicole,

I recently discovered your blog through another person's blog and I love your jewelry and your cards! You are very talented. In answer to your question about stamp preferences, I prefer rubber stamps but if I really like an image and its only available in clear I will buy it.

i loved both actually cause you can put a rubber stamp on a clear block. Clear ones are neat for excact placement but there such a variety that it depends for me on what the stamps looks like more then if it is clear or rubber.

Hello,Nicole, I'm from Russia and I'm a newby in "real" scrapbooking (I made a digital ones for a pretty long time and now would like to get some new experience so began to scrap in “reality”).

About stamps: rubber ones seems more "genuine", more "real" to me, but if I see images on clear stamps wich touch my heart, then I not hesitate to buy clar ones too.

I like your blog very much and find a lot of inspirations here :)
Here in Russia it's pretty hard to find scrapbooking suppliers so I was very surprised to find out a magic thing called “blog candy”.
I believe in miracles as strong as my little daughter :) so I believe I’ll win a candy one perfect day.
Many thanks to the people like you who make a little wonder by their own crafty hands.
I've linked you on http://winged-art.blogspot.com/ I just starting to make my own blog so you are the FIRST entry :) My blog almost empty, sorry :)

Good luck to you and happy crafting :)

I totally agree with you, when Acrylic stamps first came out I was not a fan but in the last year I've purged almost all of my rubber stamps and am purely Clear now :) It's all about the storage, price point, and ease of use for me! I'm not going back!

I have never used clear stamps! The ones that you have shown are beautiful though! I would definitely try them!

Wow, what stunning stunning jewellery you make!! It's just gorgeous!!
Do you take overseas orders? I am in Australia.

For the sake of the answer regarding the stamps, I love clear stamps. Being able to see where I place them on my work is perfect! Have a huge basket of rubber stamps that are 99% untouched!

Nicole~ Congrats on becoming part of the Precious Scraps design team! I found your blog through Beverly. Your creations are AMAZING and so are your photos of them! Your ? this week was what type of stamp we prefer. I like both for verious reasons. I'm an Angel Co. distributor and I love their rubber stamps for the crisp clear image I get everytime I stamp but for somethings that I need exact placement on I like my clear stamps. I've added you to my favorites so I'll be back often. Thanks for offering blog candy :)

Great Candy...just like EVERY WEEK!! I like BOTh types of stamps...for years I was 100% SU so you know I love my rubber! I have recently ( in the past 6 months) gotten into UM and clear stamps, and I LOVE them!! Lately the majority of stamps I have purchsed have been clear, so I suppose that makes them my current faves! You are on Permanant link on my Blog!

Hi, I just discovered your blog and LOVE it!! I prefer to use clear stamps, although I mostly have wooden ones! I just think the clear ones are much easier to line up. I'm off to link you to my blog!

I like the ease of the clear stamps but they really don't stamp as well as the rubber ones do. BTW- Happy Birthday! Mine is on giveaway day (March 4th).

Hey! I love rubber stamps, but I have a few clear stamp sets and I am trying to learn to use them. Amy B.

I love Clear stamps. my favourite feature is they are 'flexible'... you can twist these puppies and make them something different. They are reasonably east to clean and oh so easy to store. I also love the feature of being able to double stamp or highlight stamp without the stampamajig... although that is a wonderful tool.
Got my fingers crossed. BTW I love your jewellery. It is magnificient and so unusual. Gonna have to stick around to win one of those pieces. I would be the envy of my office.

I really can't decide which I like better...of course the clear have such an advantage with being able to see where I am stamping...but I love them both. Thanks so much for the chance to win.

Hi! Great blog! I can't wait to explore it further! Just wanted to put my two cents in... Since I usually purchase a stamp mostly for the design, it doesn't usually matter which type I buy, though I am starting to feel more partial to clear stamps since they are less expensive and much easier to manipulate. Being able to align them is a plus also! Thanks for the chance to win some candy! I'll be checking back!

I prefer the rubber stamps--so far--but I have to admit I have used them more than the clear type. I have purchased the clear ones if I see an image I especially like.

I used to like mainly the acrylic ones....then I got into SU and I now love the rubber stamps alot, especially since learning to use the stampamajig! But, I still like acrylic....I'm going to have to say I'm mainly a rubber girl, though. :)

Oh, and check my blog...I mentioned you and your blog candy! :)

I could use more stamps. I use both and don't know which one I like better. Clear is nice cuz you can see thru it to place it where you want it. Thanks for the chance.

I have posted this on my blog. thanks for more chances to win these cute little stamp sets!

I personally like rubber because I think they stamp better. However, I just found out that it may be the type of ink I'm using and that I'm not stamping with the foam underneath. I have several clear stamps. I will have to try this out.

So good to see you Saturday!

Nicole,
You know I am not really a stamper... except on my student's school papers! I scrap with them occasionally. I like both, the OCD in me likes the clear so I can see what I am doing!
Nice to meet you in person Saturday.
